Almost six million of Asia's poorest and most disadvantaged people benefited from ActionAid's work in 2003, including tribal and homeless people, trafficked women, orphans, and street children, small scale farmers, bonded labourers and those rebuilding their lives devastated by natural disasters or conflict. We work in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, India, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Thailand and Vietnam.
