The projects will:
In March 2007, Sean took part in the Marathon Des Sables on behalf of ActionAid. Sean ran the equivalent of six marathons in six days and carried all his food and equipment with him. The danger of snake and scorpion bites meant that Sean had to carry an antivenom pump and syringe of adrenalin at all times. He also had to deal with sand storms and dehydration. Sean raised over £20,000 for educational projects in Sierra Leone.
Sean comments: "Newman's already donate monthly to ActionAid - which is an indication of just how important we think their work is. But I want to provide the money for just one of the schools the children of this country so desperately need. And for that, I'm prepared to go the extra mile - literally"
