As British cycling celebrates success in the Olympics, ActionAid are looking for budding cyclists to take part in the fantastic Lonon to Paris bike ride in 2009.
This long weekend challenge links two great European cities, London and Paris, covering around 300km in just three days.
Starting in the streets of London, you'll cycle through leafy English suburbs and rolling countryside towards the south coast before boarding a ferry to Dieppe. The next day you will ride through beautiful French countryside, historic towns and sleepy villages before heading onto Paris to finish in style at the Eiffel Tower on day three! Your final day will be free to explore the sights of Paris before boarding the Eurostar back to London.
As you cycle you will be reminded how the funds you have raised will help our work with millions of poor people across the world, helping them to change their own lives for the better, for good. By taking part, you will be a part of it!
No experience is necessary, just enthusiasm, commitment and the desire to make a difference.
Registration fee £150; Minimum fundraising £1,000
