Join us in South Africa on this incredible challenge working together with local people building a much needed community centre and a better future for generations to come. 

Your Fist Hand Experience will be a life changing week for you and the people you are helping as you work with local people to build a community centre in Ngqushwa, on the stunning Eastern Cape of South Africa.

The rural and remote location of Ngqushwa means that currently people have difficulty accessing vital resources. The centre you will be working on will provide these resources, functioning as a library and information centre, a meeting place for the community and a training centre where children and community members can learn new skills.

You will experience the vibrant culture of South Africa, make new friends and make a positive and lasting difference to people's lives.

No experience is necessary, just enthusiasm and determination!

We will support you with your fundraising and preperation and can put you in touch with others in your team as well as people who have done an event before. Read about some of our supporters' experiences to get a taster of what you can expect.
