Indian Himalaya trek and street children project, October 2009

Trek for five days through spectacular Himalayan scenery, experiencing lush green valleys with snow-covered peaks soaring majestically above. Nights will be spent under canvas, beneath the world’s clearest skies.

Enjoy some time in Dharamsala, the home of the Dalai Lama, before returning to Delhi to get stuck into your second challenge: two days renovating an ActionAid project helping to improve the life of street children.

Finally, we will end our challenge with a visit to the Taj Mahal, one of the seven wonders of the world.

"Words can’t describe the impact this trip had on me! Every day was a new adventure with amazing sights and experiences. Visiting the project was very humbling and made everything worthwhile." Anne Mills, India trek 2008
