If you would like to see some of ActionAid's work in Nepal we can try and coordinate a project visit for you either before or after your trek to see first hand how your fundraising can help change the lives of those living in poverty.

Preparation

• The challenge is taken at a steady pace with rest days for proper acclimatisation.
  
• A sound level of fitness is required to make the most of this exciting trek. The walking will be tough and test you to the limit, but the rewards will be worth it!
• We will support you with your fundraising and preparation and can put you in touch with others in your team as well as people who have done an event before.

• 2009 trips - Registration fee £349 (can be paid in two monthly instalments), minimum sponsorship £2,795
• 2010 trips -  Registration fee £375 (can be paid in two monthly instalments), minimum sponsorship £2,895
