The sun shone for day two of our Make Your Mark festival as crowds of supporters joined us on Bristol’s College Green for face-painting, African drumming lessons and delicious food.
The festival marked the culmination of our Make Your Mark campaign, which aims to raise awareness of the 72 million children who don’t go to school because of poverty and to find 1,000 people in the south west to sponsor 1,000 children in Africa.
During the festival, Bristol comedian Mark Watson unveiled a giant collage made up of over 800 self-portraits contributed by people throughout the south west. And there was plenty more activity to be seen…
