A show of football fever in Bangladesh to launch the 1Goal campaign

09 June 2010

Children in Bangladesh have been showing their support for the 1Goal campaign with a string of hotly-contested football matches.

Over the past few days, 62 football matches have been played in 31 Bangladeshi communities where sponsored children live. Before each match, discussions have been held to talk about the campaign, which calls on world leaders to provide education for 72 million children worldwide by 2015.

Join some of the world's top footballers and add your voice to the 1Goal campaign today!
