Actor Ralf Little will be joining ActionAid at the Big Chill to encourage festival goers to join the fight against global poverty.
Ralf will introduce the award-winning film City of God in the cinema tent and talk about his recent experience visiting ActionAid projects in the notorious Brazilian shanty town.
We'll be asking the Big Chill crowd to help put hunger in the headlines, and make the world aware of the billion people who go to bed hungry every night.
Festival goers will be able to put themselves on the cover of specially created front covers of the Daily Meal and a spoof New Musical Express magazine, NMH (No More Hunger) by posing with hunger-busting headlines. The photographs will then be added onto the ActionAid website picture gallery.
ActionAid is also providing comfy seating, giant games to occupy all ages as well as ping pong and table football. Plus the chance to dress up, strike a rock star pose and demand a hunger free world.
