On Blue Monday, 17 January, officially the most depressing day of the year, right in the middle of the City of London, at Finsbury Avenue Square, Broadgate, ActionAid brought space hoppers, cupcakes, toys, games, free massages and fun to damp and stressed out city workers.
The aim was to celebrate ActionAid's supporters and give passers-by a little taste of the amazing feelings people get from supporting ActionAid.
An Opinion Matters survey commisssioned by ActionAid has shown that the act that makes British people happiest is 'Helping someone who needs you'.
