Latitude Festival volunteer application

ActionAid is excited to be back at Latitude Festival this year and it’s great to know you’re interested in joining us too!

Please complete this application form and we’ll be in touch to let you know if you have secured your place on our volunteer team.

If your application is successful, we will ask you and all volunteers to pay a £100 refundable deposit (upfront or in instalments), which will be refunded to you after you’ve completed all of your 6-hour shifts during the event.

All volunteers must be aged over 18, be onsite at the festival for 20th-23rd July and adhere to all of ActionAid’s and Festival Republic’s guidelines.

Please read the terms and conditions and our feminist principles before applying.

Deadline for all applications is 5 July.

Terms and conditions

  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • If my application is successful, I confirm that I can be onsite at Latitude from 20th July 2023.
  • I confirm that if my application is successful, I will attend the mandatory follow-up call and the online training.
  • I am aware that this volunteering position will mean committing to shifts of up to six hours a day and that these will include a break.
  • I am aware that I will be expected to cover my own travel costs to get to and from the festival.
  • I understand that breakfast, snacks and water will be provided, but any other meals will be at my own expense.
  • I confirm that if my application is successful, I will pay a £100 deposit, upon request, to secure my volunteer place at the festival. There will be an option to pay this in instalments. The whole deposit must be paid in full two weeks before the festival start date. (The deposit will be returned within 30 days of you completing all your shifts at Latitude).

By submitting your application, you are agreeing to these terms.

All successful applicants are also able to freely enjoy the festival outside of their shifts, with the option to camp on the evening of Sunday, 23rd July.

We will hold this information for 24 months, so some applicants can apply to join us in the following year(s).
