The City of God in Rio de Janeiro is one of the most notorious slum areas in the world, and is dominated by gangs, gun crime and the drugs trade. Help give children there the chance for a better education.

A future for working children in Afghanistan
In Kandahar City, more than 32,000 school-aged children are working on the city streets to support themselves and their families. We aim to set up support centres for 300 children.

Malawi has one of the highest numbers of HIV/AIDS orphans in the world. This project will set up centres to provide healthcare, testing facilities, access to ARV treatments and a nutrition programme.

Safe water for primary schools in Sierra Leone
Over 430,000 primary school-aged children in Sierra Leone are out of education. This project will provide five schools with safe water and sanitation, enabling 3,000 children to return to classes.

Food for life in Liberia
Following a 10 year civil war in Liberia, West Africa, people are returning home to find their land and crops destroyed. This project will provide livestock, tools, seeds and planting materials to enable them to start again.
