Our emergency appeals | ActionAid UK

When an emergency strikes, we move fast to save lives. Our local staff provide immediate relief in a crisis, working around the clock to deliver essential supplies to the worst hit communities.

The Emergencies Action Fund is there to make sure we are always ready to respond to emergencies, to save as many lives as possible. It is reserved solely for ActionAid’s work in emergencies. Donate now to our Emergencies Action Fund.

South Asia floods

Heavy monsoon rains have swept over Bangladesh, India and Nepal. Thousands of people have been killed and millions more lives devastated by the floods. We are working across all three countries to provide food and shelter, both now and in the future. Donate to our Emergency Action Fund to help us respond to humanitarian crises like these.

Sierra Leone mudslides and floods

Hundreds have been killed in mudslides in Sierra Leone, with thousands more losing their homes and livelihoods. Many children are homeless and in immediate need of shelter and protection, with girls and women especially at risk. Donate to our Sierra Leone Mudslide Appeal to help us respond to this humanitarian crisis.
