In 2017 over a hundred thousand of us came together in London to take a stand against leaders like Trump, who have rolled back progress on women’s rights across the globe.
Now we’re coming together again. On 3 June, when President Trump will be sitting down to a UK state banquet, we’ll be joining the Women’s Peace Council to hold our own People’s Banquet in Parliament Square.
Will you join us to break bread, share messages of solidarity and make our voices heard against misogyny?
Monday 3rd June from 7pm
Parliament Square, Westminster, London
What to expect:
Bring prayers, food and messages to share, and blankets or cushions to sit on. We ask all attendees to wear blue, the colour of peace, and to bring white flowers to offer in peace.
We’ll be sharing food after 9.15pm (with respect to those present observing Ramadan).

Will you join our justice for women campaign?
Supporting women to claim their rights together is at the heart of ActionAid’s work to end violence against women and girls. Together with activists in 25 countries, we’re changing the policies and attitudes that hold women back.
Right now, we’re campaigning for a world where women and girls who survive violence can access justice.
