Request for Proposal: Donor Market Research

ActionAid UK is looking for suppliers to provide research and insight into the UK regular giving market to inform the development of a new regular giving product.

Objective of the Request for Proposal for Donor Market Research

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is established on behalf of ActionAid UK to pitch for the opportunity to quote for and deliver research for on the UK donor market for ActionAid UK.

Research objective:

To gain an intimate understanding of a new potential audience(s) we can design an effective regular giving product for, that also aligns with our feminist and anti-racist values.

Deliverables:

1) Quantitative overview of the UK regular giving market for international charities, segmented into new potential audiences for AAUK including their alignment with our feminist, anti-racist and decolonial values

2) In-depth information on the new potential audience(s) covering their daily life, motivations for giving and what appeals to them

3) Representative(s) from the outsourcing partner available for expert interviews during the design phase of our product development to enable our team to understand and question our new target audience

4) Recruitment of at least 10 people from our new target audience with whom we can test our prototype product through interviews

Process and timeline

Deadline to tender for this contract is 21 April 2024. Submissions will be reviewed the following week and shortlisted suppliers will then be invited to interview.
