Request for Proposal: PPC and Display partner agency

ActionAid UK is looking to work with an experienced digital marketing agency with a wealth of experience in media buying, planning, delivering and managing online strategies to drive forward AAUK’s online fundraising activities, specifically PPC and online display advertising.

This request for proposal (RFP) established on behalf of AAUK is an invitation for agencies to pitch for the provision of integrated PPC, display and associated digital marketing services.

AAUK recruits new supporters to raise unrestricted and restricted income through a diverse range of channels. Digital fundraising plays a pivotal role in the AAUK’s fundraising channel mix.

We welcome proposals from potential partners to outline their vision for PPC and online Display parts of the Acquisition programme. We are particularly interested in hearing from agencies which are able to demonstrate their experience and successes in:

  • Driving traffic, conversions and income through paid activities, particularly within the charity sector.
  • Developing strategies that combine regular giving products (such as Child Sponsorship and Unrestricted Regular Giving at AAUK) with one-time cash donations (both unrestricted and restricted).
  • Integrating online paid media with offline communication, media opportunities and sudden emergency appeals to make the most of unpredictable opportunities while minimising disruptions to ‘always on’ campaigns
  • Understanding of the ever-changing digital landscape, including your compliance with relevant regulations.
