Request for proposal: Will Scheme services

ActionAid UK is looking for a new online Will-writing service, which can be offered continually throughout the year from 2024 onwards.

Objective:

This request for proposal (RFP) is established on behalf of ActionAid UK to pitch for the opportunity to quote for and provide an online Will-writing service which AAUK can continually offer to a wide range of supporters from 2024 onwards.

Requirements:

The following are requirements expected from the Will scheme service and the Will scheme provider:

• Provide an online, accessible service for a variety of Will-makers

• Experience providing Will-writing services to, and working with, Charity partners

• Values in line with AAUK’s values and policies, including but not limited to: sustainability, feminist leadership principles and anti-racism and decolonisation.

• Clear guidance and overview of the Will-scheme and requirements for Will-makers, including potential risks and mitigation

• Relevant legislative, compliance and data protection knowledge

• Accurate reporting and analysis of campaign performance

Process and timeline:

The deadline to tender for this contract is 21st December 2023. Submissions will be reviewed following this and shortlisted suppliers will then be invited to interview.
