RFP/RFQ for AAUK London office Space

ActionAid UK is committed to re‑envisioning equitable ways of working, one of our current four strategic objectives. As part of our Future Ways of Working programme, we are redefining the role of our London office to ensure our working environment - both physical and digital - is fit for purpose, cost‑effective and supportive of organisational transformation. Following feedback from staff, we are shaping these changes to create a more connected, inclusive and sustainable workplace, re‑imagining how we collaborate, support one another and build a culture that reflects our values.

Objectives

Our current London office in Clerkenwell (33–39 Bowling Green Lane, EC1R 0BJ) is a traditional, self‑contained space of approximately 9,000 sq. ft, which we have occupied for 15 years. The lease expires on 6th June 2026, and we are now seeking a new, flexible workspace in the Farringdon area.

We require a smaller, modern, well‑equipped space that supports hybrid working, collaboration and connection. Moving to a flexible workspace will enable us to make better use of our resources and ensure our London office reflects how we work today.

We invite proposals to identify a suitable workspace within a 10‑minute walk of Farringdon Railway and Underground station.

Timeline

This tender will be open until 12th December 2025.
