Protest Mr Trump's visit to the UK

Add your name to protest Mr Trump’s visit

Around the world we are witnessing a sustained attack on women’s rights, with policies like those of Donald Trump rolling back decades of progress.

As Mr Trump visited the UK on 13 July, ActionAid joined the Women’s March on London to show that, together, we are stronger than his divisive, sexist policies.

Everything you need to know about the #BringtheNoise march

When is it?

11am on the 13 July - we'll meet at 11 beforehand to start marching at 12:30.

Where is it?

The march starts at Portland Place in London, and ends with a rally in Parliament Square - you can see the meeting point on the map below.

Why are ActionAid campaigning about this?

Mr Trump’s administration has introduced policies which affect women all over the planet, such as the global gag rule, which drastically restricts women’s access to healthcare in poorer countries. Since taking office, his administration has undermined human rights worldwide, and damaging policies like the so-called “zero-tolerance" immigration policy affect women fleeing domestic violence in many countries.

With Mr Trump due to visit the UK, we believe that our government should be taking a stand against these policies, and we are calling on all governments to abide by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
